Michael of Lighthouse Home Inspection Services LLC inspected a home on the cape for us in September of 2019. Michael is very professional, thorough and very specific in all details inside and outside of house inspection. Michael also conducted, per our request, a radon inspection as he is a certified measurement specialist. He took the time to answer ALL of our concerns and questions. Michael is knowledgeable in every aspect of all areas of inspection. The inspection included a pest inspection by Adrian of A & M pest control who was also very professional. Jeanne, who is the office manager, is easy to contact and returns phone calls in a timely manner. I will never use another home inspection company other than Lighthouse Home Inspection Services LLC. Mike came out, was prompt, thorough, and took the time to explain areas of potential problems in the house we were purchasing in a way that we completely understood. He performed a radon test and found a high level of radon in our basement. He spent time explaining the steps that needed to be taken to lower the level. Mike was timely with his very comprehensive report to include detailed photos, which was much appreciated given the short time schedule we were up against. I tend to be a very fussy person, have purchased numerous properties in the past and found Mike to be the best home inspector we have ever worked with. Mike met and exceeded our expectations.
